Our services
gebukey provides diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers, freezers, compressors, and display cases. Specific scope and pricing for any service are confirmed before work begins.
Service calls & scheduling
Emergency dispatch times are estimates and may vary based on technician availability and location.
Scheduled maintenance visits are confirmed in advance and may be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice.
Customer responsibilities
Provide safe access to equipment and relevant model or serial information when available.
Approve the written estimate before repair work begins where time allows.
Make payment at the time of service unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
Warranties
Repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on the parts and labor for the specific issue repaired. This warranty does not cover unrelated failures or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service.
Payment & cancellation
Payment is due upon completion of service unless covered under an active maintenance plan. Maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.
Limitation of liability
